1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using GoLoanly (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the App. GoLoanly is operated by NVALUE.
2. What GoLoanly is
GoLoanly is a loan-overpayment calculator that helps you understand the real cost of your loans and how much you can save by overpaying them. The core calculator works offline with no account. Creating a free account adds cloud backup and sync across devices, an AI Coach (limited free questions/month), and a limited number of free AI-powered PDF imports. GoLoanly Plus is an optional paid subscription that removes those limits and adds export and a monthly AI email review.
3. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
GoLoanly is a calculation and information tool. Nothing in the App — including the loan projections, overpayment suggestions, "suggested strategy" figures, the AI Coach's responses, or the monthly AI review email — is financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and none of it constitutes a recommendation to take any specific action with your money.
- All figures are estimates, calculated from the numbers you enter. Their accuracy depends entirely on your inputs being correct and your actual loan terms matching what you told the App.
- The AI Coach uses a general-purpose AI model. Like any AI system, it can be wrong, incomplete, or miss something specific to your situation.
- Before making any real financial decision, consult a licensed financial advisor, your lender, or another qualified professional who knows your full circumstances. GoLoanly doesn't.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so keeping your email account secure is what protects your GoLoanly account — you're responsible for all activity on it.
5. Subscriptions (GoLoanly Plus)
- Plus is billed at $4.99/month or $49.99/year through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever store you subscribed through.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not through GoLoanly directly — we don't have the ability to cancel or refund a purchase on your behalf. Apple's and Google's own refund policies apply.
- If we ever offer a free trial, its specific terms will be shown to you before you start it.
- We can change Plus pricing or what's included going forward; we won't change what you're already paying for your current billing period without notice.
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use the App for anything illegal, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
- Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code, except where the law where you live specifically allows it.
- Abuse the AI Coach or PDF import — attempts to circumvent usage limits, or automate/script requests to either, aren't permitted.
- Upload a document via PDF import that you don't have the right to upload.
We can suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.
7. Your data, and what we do with it
Your loan-plan data belongs to you. Using the App gives us only the limited right to store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the service — described in full in our Privacy Policy. This document is about your right to use the App; the Privacy Policy is about what happens to your data — read both.
8. Intellectual property
GoLoanly, its logo, and its app design belong to NVALUE. Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership of the App itself — you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, subject to these Terms.
9. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that calculations will always be accurate for your specific situation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law where you live allows: NVALUE is not liable for any financial loss, missed savings, or other damages arising from decisions you make based on the App's calculations, the AI Coach's responses, or the monthly review email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you're a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence may still apply regardless of this clause.
12. Changes to these terms
We can update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where required, notify you directly.
