You can ask us to delete your GoLoanly account at any time. We delete it, together with the data stored with it, 14 days after your request. Until then you can change your mind.
In the app
- Open GoLoanly and tap the Settings gear on your plans list.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Request deletion to confirm.
The app confirms the date your account will be deleted, and we email you the same details.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We use that address to confirm the account is yours, then follow the same 14-day process.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in email address.
- Your synced loan plans and strategies (the cloud backup).
- Your settings, email preferences and monthly-review data.
- Your subscription records and AI Coach / PDF import usage counts.
What we keep, and for how long
- A record that you asked for deletion and when it was done (your email address, account ID and the dates), so we can show the request was handled.
- Crash and error reports, which our error-monitoring service deletes automatically after 30 days.
- AI Coach questions and PDF imports are never stored by us. Our AI provider deletes what we sent it within 30 days (up to 2 years only if flagged for a usage-policy breach), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Loan plans saved only on your phone are not affected. They stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Changed your mind?
Email [email protected] from the same address before the deletion date and we'll keep your account.
GoLoanly Plus is cancelled separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a GoLoanly Plus subscription. Cancel it yourself in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), otherwise you will keep being charged.
